The WhitworthKee team has created a culturally responsive assessment model (CRAM) used to identify strengths and opportunities within the organization. CRAM employs a co-constructed approach between WKC and the client to achieve sustainable and long-term change for the organization.

The CRAM model is flexible and tailored to different cultures and contexts. The model is guided by four steps: an environmental scan, focus group facilitation, survey design and administration, and data aggregation to produce an accessible and user-friendly report. WhitworthKee provides ongoing support to help the community achieve their goals and create a path toward change. In essence, the CRAM model uncovers the lived experience of all members of the community with greater focus on centering the voices of marginalized populations.
